About this Episode
Today, I have Alexey Bogdanov as my guest—a businessman, lawyer, founder of the Viralhelp project, graduate of the University of Luxembourg’s law faculty, and, as we decided during our chat, a fighter against injustice.
Viralhelp was all about this during COVID—helping people minimize the economic impact of the crisis. Alexey came up with anti-mask cards, his own QR codes, and ways to put pressure on members of the Estonian parliament. In total, MPs received about a million emails, which led to the right laws being passed. Back then, people were given the legal tools they needed.
You could say Alexey is testing the system for its weaknesses and then takes a stand in a coordinated way.
His new service is for Russian citizens—it’s aimed at helping investors unfreeze their assets. In Belgium and Luxembourg alone, accounts of 5 million Russians are currently frozen.
