My guest today is Anna Kuleshova –the driving force behind the Social Foresight Group as its founder and project coordinator. She also holds the position of Chairwoman at the Russian Council on the Ethics of Scientific Publications and she is the founder of Social Researchers Across Borders.

Anna wrote 2 books –  “Open Question: Public Opinion Polls in the Modern History of Russia” and “Parenthood 2.0”.

In our conversation, we touched upon not only these aspects but also many others.

We explored why sociologists can offer far more valuable advice to parents than psychologists,

how modern parents navigate between freedom and safety,

and why it’s so challenging to break away from child-centrism.

We discussed changes in men’s behavior over the last 10 years and how sociological research aids in political decision-making.
